I am a flibbertygibbet and this is probably obvious, but please bear with me.

I have the iPad2. It downloads stuff sooooo s l o o o w w w ... 1.3GB movie has now taken over a week to download in fits and starts... and we are not there.

ATT says this is not their problem and that I need to pay extra $$ to get guaranteed connection. UGH!!
