Main problem is: Almost everyhting I open crashes at launch (not pc launch, program launch). Steam, skype, VLC, internet browsers crash during usage, you name it.

pcpitstop didnt seem to find any problems.

Secondary: I have a 7970 video card but it dont seem to be in use, and I have no idea why.

It may be a malware related case. Please go to Malware Removal Forum and read the instructions here, instead of listening any other people. Someone from the Malware Staff will help you to solve your problem.
