Hi.
This is my first time using this and I'd really appreciate any input that anyone can give. I got Verizon wireless internet service and it worked for a day. Now, when I try to get onto the internet, it tries to connect to MSN.com, doesn't, and very quickly flashes "C:\\Windows/system 32" and then something else. I've ran Ad-Aware and Spysweeper. I'm unable to download any other programs because I don't have internet access. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Hello, BalanceNRhythm welcome to Geeks to Go! <_<

If you have access to another computer, download this to a floppy and run it on your system:
http://www.geekstogo...n=download&id=7

Next, let us take a closer look at what is running on your PC. We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool (HiJackThis) and post a log back here with the results.

Click the HijackThis Guide in my signature, download it and follow the instructions in the guide.

Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.

Again, it will fit on a floppy if downloaded on another system.
