Your log looks good
Is there a reason that your are running two Anti-Virus applications.

Running both of these applications can cause conflicts and is not recommended.

I allready had the AVG one then someone I know said that AntiVir was a good one as well, so I thought if one of them misses a virus the other might catch it. I havent noticed any conflicts as of yet, but if having both up is somehow making me more susceptible to viruses then i will surely delete one of them.

I havent noticed any conflicts as of yet, but if having both up is somehow making me more susceptible to viruses then i will surely delete one of them.

The reason that conflicts can occur is that if the anti-virus programs detect a virus they battle over it and can cause resource problems and possible issues with the infected file.
You should use one anti-virus program (on-access) to be resident on your machine to scan memory and files and one (on-demand) to check on an occasional basis.

There are basically two types of these programs:
On-Access and On-Demand

On-Access Scanners
As the name implies, it runs in the background all the time the PC is turned on and running. The main function of an on-access scanner is to monitor activity on your machine.

On-Demand Scanners
As the name implies, are scanners that only run when you ask them to.
Such as:
Online Scans and scanners that run on your machine but are not actively scanning your machine.

Hope this helps..
