Everything on my pc is built, the mobo light is green. When I try to press the power button the computer does not turn on. Manual bridging does not work.

You need to do a test with the bare min parts connected. Make sure to disconnect the PSU from the mains and take anti static measures, even when onlyh handleing parts.
Please follow these steps.
1. Disconnect the monitor.
2. Remove the GPU and any other add on cards. Disconnect the Mouse, Keyboard, Ethernet cable.
3. Disconnect. all drives, all case fans, all front panel case wiring,

You should now be left with the CPU/heat-sink. CPU fan pluged into the CPU fan header.
RAM, check it is in the correct slot/s, firmly seated with the locking tabs at each end of the sticks fully closed.
Two power cables to the MB, one 20/4 pin and one 4/4 pin, (usually top left of the MB)

Try a test now by shortting out the PWRSW pins.

If this fails. Turn off, remove the RAM and test again.
