According to the GeekstoGo Terms of Use specifically this:

We can't help you with the Windows 7 problem, only if you want to do a Factory Restore to reinstall Windows Vista if the Recovery Partition still exists on the Hard Drive.

thanks but there was never a vista on this hd, i attempted a few programs to recover key, but come to find out it is not stored on this laptop, but i did get the last 5 keys of the code using belarc... ill contact the person who sold the computer to me fiance and see if he will give me that info. if so ill just have to find a a download or just buy a new cd... thanks for all of you help with this issue!!
If you find your legit key Windows 7 can be downloaded from Microsoft...
