need for speed most wanted (2005) menu issue

i have this problem with my game, the game starts up normally, it plays the "EA" logo, then a video of a girl talking about not racing in real life, then black screen, sound, the video doesn't play, but i can hear the sound, then i press enter 2 times, i can hear the sound of accepting something, then it goes to main menu, but its just the car, the menu icons are missing completely no menu at all, i managed to enter a game, i can press esc, and again there is no menu, i alt+f4 i saw a glimpse of the menu

i'm running a windows 7

4gb ram
1.8ghz Processor Speed
direct x 10
AMD Radeon™ HD 6480G video card
