Kapersky 3.0 Pure & Lab/ Want uninstalled

Used Kapersky Pure 3.0 for 30days and was unimpressed-- and 25days in I tried to uninstall.
It disappears as a program from the programs in the Control Panel, but it's MANY tentacle programs still haunt the computer on startup...

I want it and it's kin banished for good-- but Kapersky Techs only lied and conned their way along and I gave up on them.
SO now chasing alternative measures to banish-- especially when the program is acting untouchable, and intrusive, almost acting administratively...

HELP!!! I saw questions and suggestions that danced around other issues, just not uninstalling it completely???
