Sounds like your hard drive has failed. Is the hard drive detected in the BIOS (F2) or is it shown when you press F12?

This a seriously old Netbook Pete.

It was reviewed by Cnet in 2009, http://reviews.cnet....eview-49302941/

If when you continually tap F2 immediately on boot up, which should take you into the bios, irrespective of a dead hard drive, and nothing happens then I suggest that the machine may as well be used as a door stop.
