Data recovery agent problem

When I select file - properties - advanced - EFS - details, I cannot get a recovery agent name / certificate to show up in the bottom window (Data Recovery Agents For This File As Defined By Recovery Policy). I have created and imported the recovery agent .CER, and also successfully added the Recovery Agent in the local security policy.
