I have windows xp, using google chrome. I use AVG Free And Spybot S&D, as well as using Disk Cleanup, and Defrag from time to time.
My computer is running really slow, but AVG isn't finding any virus malware ect. It has begun to re-start itself also. That's after running all of the above, it's still running slow and re-starting itself. I check and clean vents at least once a week too. The case never feels hot on the outside. This is driving me nuts. Can you help? Please keep in mind, I'm pretty computer illiterate.
