sound doent work

Hi,
i am unable to hear the sound from my lenovo G560 laptop from my speakers as well as from my headphones but when i use the usb sound device it is working with usb sound device fine but i am unable to hear the sound from my laptop hardware.......

Does your Device Manager show any problem on the Audio Device?
Try to reinstall the driver by downloading the Conexant Audio Driver from the Lenovo page, select the one that matches the Windows you have.
