This is the path to the file:

c:\docume~1\owner\locals~1\temp\~5m10877\symant~1.msi\

You can also do this to clean out your temp files.

Go to Start | Programs | Accessories | System Tools | Disk Cleanup

Then remove all of the temporary files.

I dont use Symantec, so I cant be much help here.
You could try re-installing the program.
