Help! 2 new icons - infected? Have hijackthis log

I've been running Spybot, adaware and mcaffee regularly but lately I've noticed my PC has been way slow and that two icons appeared on my desktop that I hadn't noticed before - they are "PartyPoker" and "Surf the Internet for Free". I looked at my processes and the only thing that kind of worried me was csrss.exe and smss.exe but I didn't want to touch them as I think one of them can be confused with a trojan vs. a real microsoft piece. I made a copy of my hijack this log for you all - I have no idea how to read it or what to do. Please help - I think something is up but can't get any of my 'spyware/virusware' to do the trick....
