Lost text in web page even though saved

I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit with IE10. I filled out a web page application (boxes where you type the text answers) only to have it gone despite having repeatedly saved it to my flash and hard drives. I need this text back! I cannot find reopen last web browsing session - maybe too late.
