Blue Screen Error: tcpip.sys

I have a problem whenever I connect to the internet a blue screen says this

Technical Information: ***STOP: 0x0000008E (0xC0000005,0x8B2C74C2,0x8C2CB32C,0x00000000)
*** tcpip.sys - Adress 8B2C74C2 base at 8B206000, DateStamp 494315d2

Though it changes whenever the same error pops again.. Can anyone help me?
