Lost access to encrypted files after format,pfx import failed

Hi! After disk format I don't have access to some very important files that I had encrypted, I have the 'pfx' key but now when I try to import I have this message "This file is invalid for use as the following: Personal Information Enchange" (Is there case be destroyed by my external flash drive that I had saved and I had Encoding to?)any sugestion will be very helpful, thanks in advance, and sorry for my english..
