Hi,

Just to be sure you say you can access the internet when running Windows in Safe Mode using any browser?

Ok, lets see if we can make it work also in normal mode...

I want you to check a service...
Press Posted Image and on the Run window type services.msc
try to locate a service called AntiSpywareService or Comcast AntiSpyService double click the service to open the Service Properties, tell me what you have on the Startup Type and Service Status

Your last log show errors related to Norton, if you have a subscription active for Norton make sure you have all the data needed to reinstall/activate the program again then click Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program or Programs and Features if in Classic View, locate Norton Security Scan, Norton Security Suite and Norton Internet Security on the list and Uninstall them.

Restart the computer and check if you can normally access the internet, don't download anything because you don't have an Antivirus running.

Reinstall Norton.

Let me know the result.

Hi,

Did you remove all the Norton stuff?

Open the services again and locate Comcast Anti Spy Service double click to open the service Properties, click the Stop button then change the Startup type to Disabled

After this change can you access the Internet?

I did remove the norton stuff.
when I tried to stop the comcast antispy it came back with "windows could not stop the comcast antispy service on local computer-the service did not return an error.
this could be an internal windows error or internal service error, please contact your administrator

I was able to disable, but still no internet

From all that we did it seems you have some program blocking your internet access because it works in Safe Mode when windows doesn't load everything...

After disabling the service did you restart and test?

Because the service failed to stop the only way to make sure the service isn't the problem is to restart the computer.
