Multi Episode

I have been burning back up copies of my DVD's especially the ones that are hard to find now....my only problem is that I have one that is a multi-episode and i'm not quite sure what program I have to use to get both episodes on one DVD
I normally use DVD Santa to burn my regular DVD
could anyone please help
