Archived attachments emails will not load.

A set of emails in Outlook 2010 have that have attachments with them but the files wont open. I can double click and bring up the email, but the attachments (pdf, docx, xlsx) show up as only being 30 bytes in size. Also ever time i open outlook i get this error message. I'm also unable to access the attachments when i log on to the webmail website. It seems that the attachment did not carry with the email. If any one has seen this or know a solution any feed back is appreciated. I attached a picture to show how the emails look like shortcuts.
