Printer Data Error on Cannon Super G3

Hello,

I have a Cannon Super G3 and when I go to print on it it comes up with a message that says...

Printer Data Error.

I then have to unplug the printer, wait 10 seconds and then plug it back in. After I plug it back in it prints.

Any help would be awesome.
