Missing swmidi.sys files for windows xp

Good morning
started doing a repair install on windows XP,all going well until it came on the screen (file swmidi.sys missing)could not carry on with repair install,my question is where can I get this file and how do I install it.

Download swmidi.zip, unzip it and place a copy of the enclosed swmidi.sys file in the following two folders:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers
