ok i've been hacked, they have set a password at startup, windows xp will not load with out the password, no safe mode will work with out password....What can be done?

rhondas4771 the first step is if you keep passwords and login info for banks, credit cards or anything like that then you need to inform those places and have them change your information.
Secondly do you have a XP OS installation disk?
Thirdly is this a brand name system and if so what brand, make and model?
Forth is it a desktop or laptop?
Lastly is the info and\or data you need to save?
