Can i turn windows defender on or will it conflict A/Virus?
It's better let it off because MSE it's superior. During install MSE should have disabled Windows Defender.

- Download HWMonitor and extract the zip file 1.23.zip
- execute HWMonitor_x64 if it doesn't run your system is probably 32-bits and you need to execute HWMonitor_x32 instead
- expand the window and all the columns to make the values visible and take a screenshot
- attach the image to your post
You have only 1 DIMM of ram try to move it to a different slot.
Do you have all the memory timings on the BIOS set to Auto or similar option?

hi sleepy it is a Delta Electronics GPS-350EB-200 A ATX 350W PSU Power Supply
350W it's very low!
According to this ATI Radeon HD 3400 Series System Requirements you need at least a 550W power supply for your graphic card.
Usually low end PSU's don't provide the advertised wattage making the things worst.
