the graphics is built into the motherboard not seperate
i am only surfing on it and watching videos
is that the problem if so i will upgrade it.


I don't understand the screenshot of HWMonitor show an ATI Radeon HD 3400 installed!
According to the ASRock site the on-board is Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X4500

I have a ASROCK G41M-VS3 R2.0 motherboard
on the box it says it has a built in intel GMA X4500 graphics hope this helps.

what power supply wpould you recommend for not to much money thanks.

Yes remove the Radeon to test. It could be a problem with the PSU not providing enough energy...
To buy a good PSU I suppose it depends in what you can find in your country...

I notice that AMD have a list here maybe it helps to choose.

I have some PSU's from Corsair with 80 Plus certification and I like them because they are very stable.
Around here in terms of price they cost about two times the common PSU's found on every store.

Do you sugest 550w or the higest wattage i can aford it incase of upgrade?
I have taken out the radeon to see what happens fingers crossed.

If you are a gamer I would go for 600w or 750w.

Hi,

Sometimes BSOD can be the result of malware active on the system...

You should start a new thread on the Malware Removal section of the forum to get specific help on Malware removing.

Before you post please read Malware and Spyware Cleaning Guide starting from step 2.

After you get a clean bill of health you can return to this thread if the problem hasn't gone.

Please include a link to this thread so the helper that pick your case can know what has been done.
