I followed instructions from another post to get rid of the virus and after running the scan on reatogo here is the file that came of it:

Some friendly advice, it is best not to follow the advice/instructions for another machine as the tools used may cause damage if used on a computer with different infections for example.

Is your machine not able to boot up into Normal Mode or not ? Plus can you inform myself which version of Vista is in use, IE is it the 32 Bit or 64 Bit architecture ?
