1. Disable Extensions (There wasn't anything in the Add-in Manager to disable)
2. Refresh the Outllib.dll file. (Still had same problem)
3. Remove and Reinstall Windows Messaging and Outlook. (Actually, I had already done this before going to the knowledge base) I removed and reinstalled the entire Microsoft Office program. We don't use Windows Messaging, so I don't know if removing the entire program also removed WM or not.
One thing I noticed is that after I reinstalled Office, I didn't have to do any setting up of Outlook for her e-mails, they were showing up in the window already. This makes me feel that something didn't get removed and could still be causing the problem.
Other suggestions MS had were to boot in Safe Mode or create a new profile and personal folders file. I'm not sure about some of the warnings they are giving to do these things. I really know just enough troubleshooting to get myself into trouble!
