Cannot locate Wordpad. It was there on Desktop but has disappeared. Any way to retrieve or download from Microsoft, etc.

it sounds like u deleted the shortcut for notepad check the recycle bin and if its there restore it. also check start>Acassories and look for notepad there :tazz:

Its not Notepad that is missing, but Wordpad still can't locate.

It's in Program Files/Accessories, just go there and make a shortcut to desktop. If you have win95 you'll have to copy and paste it into desktop. If the .exe isn't in the folder go to add/remove programs, to the windows listing and see if you can add it from there. You may need your disk. :tazz:
