Hello,

Im running into a problem trying to access my environment. It seems to me that all my accounts may be locked out and I cant access any of my VM's on the Domain.

How can I log into my AD to unlock my accounts?

Unfortunately your request goes against our Terms of Use (TOU). In the TOU it states that due to us not being able to verify sufficiently that the machine in question (your server) is actually yours, we cannot provide assistance getting around administrator limitations. We also have another TOU that states that we cannot help with deleting passwords or gaining access to administrator accounts for users without having a administrator account already. So although I'd love to help you on this, my hands are bound and I cannot.

I highly encourage you to review the Terms of Use by going to this link: Geeks To Go Terms of Use (TOU)

The host should have an admin account that cannot be locked out. You have to find that local admin account.

If the server is physically avail and not at a remote site, you can use a password crack to cd to get in

Or

You can also restore the VM to an earlier point in time where the password wasn't locked out.
