Hello everyone,

I have two computers in my house that cannot update.... Every time I try to install updates, it will appear to communicate with Microsoft but then it will come back with error 80072ee2.

I downloaded this update http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947821 and applied it but still did not fix the problem.
