I'm a relative novice to online help forums, so please bare with me.....................

I've been trying to install Mavis Beacon 12 with no luck. The program seems to install ok, bit when I try and run it I get a message telling me that file 'logo.smk' cannot be found. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the same message appears.

The file is on the CD but is not being copied across during the install process - I think other files are also not being copied across as they do not appear in the newly created program folder on my pc.

I've tried the online help which is a good as useless - I'm still awaiting a reply from them.

Do I have a faulty installation disk (it was bought from new), or is there something else I should be doing?

Any advice greatly received !!

No, nothing yet unfortunately. I'm at a bit of a loss as to where to go from here.
