Recently sync'd outlook 2010 to iCloud so as to sync contacts to iPhone. Everything worked fine except now it won't email to members of a group. Just get useless error message, "an unexpected error occurred"
Mails to single users work just fine. Using Windows 8

Hi, I am having the same issue and cannot work out what to do. I created groups in my iCloud contact list in Outlook, when I try and use this contact group, Outlook recognises the group when I insert it into my recipient list, but as soon as I click on send I receive an 'Unexpected Error' I am using Outlook 2013. Hope you can help, may thanks
