Ok, so I cannot download any files from my computer from the internet. It says that it is a "virus" and deletes anything that I try to download, and I have to do something for work. I'm sure that this is an virus, how do I remove this manually? I tried to do the steps for "Malware and Spyware Cleaning Guide but I cannot download, or run what it is saying for me to.

Also, I went to the Malware and Spyware Cleaning Guide, and I cannot do the steps that it is asking me to because I cannot download or run anything.
