Its lost !
You cannot recover the data now. There is no manual solutions but i've heard about some tools that can recover it but i can not guarantee you the positive results.
Better keep a back up next time if you wanna play with your data ..

two that I have used personally are FreeUndelete (http://www.officerec...m/freeundelete/) and Recuva (http://www.piriform.com/recuva). both are free and relatively easy to use. neither is guaranteed to get your files back but they've got pretty good success rates when used soon enough after the deletion of the files.

In fact, as I know, the deleted files (even deleted from recycle bin) can also be recovered by a data recovery program.
In fact, after the deleting process, the so-called “deleted files” are not actually erased off from your laptop. It is only the space used to save them that has been marked as “free space” so that anything new can be easily stored there. That’s to say, you do have a big chance to get back your deleted files back as long as you’ve not overwritten then with anything new.
But, if you know nothing of data recovery stuff or you are still suspicious, you can firstly use some laptop data recovery freeware that often work much more efficiently than some paid ones, such as PC Inspector File Recovery, TestDisk, Recuva and iCare Data Recovery Free, etc.
Next time, I hope you can be more careful about your important data and always prepare at least two copies of everything important on separate drives.

Thank you for your detailed description! Now, I have restored all my wanted data back with the help of your recommended data recovery freeware. They all work perfectly. All right! I also agree to use a data recovery program.
