Yes, but if it starts up then we can rule out the hard drive and operating system... right?

Other computer starts up fine with my solid state drive. Also I am able to get my computer started up with 1 stick of ram in the same configuration as when the problem was initially happening.
Why would my computer act normal/function as normal for about a week after a fresh install of windows 7, and then repeat the previous problems?
What should i do next? I don't know how to pin point the problem.

Check for any updates that may have been installed just before the problem reappeared.
