The toolbar and extension heading has a red circle with a red line drawn through it. I believe the files to be a Trojan. Can you help to remove them, please?

Hello wc4now,

You opened another topic with this same information yesterday at 4:45 PM. This one will be closed.

In the future you might want to start with the Malware and Spyware Cleaning Guide. Please read BEFORE starting a new topic guidelines before starting a new topic. Especially the instructions for downloading and running OTL.
We can't really do a whole lot without a diagnostic scan to look at.

Thanks
