Computer slow, hangs and long running script errors

My computer is running slow and hanging & I am experiencing frequent "not responding due to a long running script" errors. I have done numerous virus scans and also scanned with Malwarebytes, Spybot, SuperAntiSpyware, Spyware Blaster etc.. but I am unable to locate the source of the problem. Could you please have a look at my attached OTL.Txt log to see if anything looks strange? Thank you so much for your help!
