how to start windows from a set point every time

Hi,

I'm opening a cafe and for that I need some help. I have seen in too many cafe that you use the computer and install something but when you restart it the install component wasn't there.


I want some information on that how can I do that??? every time computer starts from a set point.

Any help would be appreciated.
