At my university, they use a program called safe connect. It is supposed to block all malicious activity and peer to peer stuff, but it is blocking any blizzard program i try to run. I used to play WoW and i still try to play Starcraft 2 but i had to uninstall them because safe connect identified them as a peer to peer program like limewire. I was wondering if there is anything i can do to try to maybe make them not peer to peer on the re install.

I do not know where the blizzard downloader is, i searched for it on my computer but did not find it. Besides this is pertaining to the installation of Hearthstone not World of Warcraft.

There really is not an installation folder all there is is a program.

Once i open it this is all i get, and then it blocks my computer saying there is peer to peer activity.

Everything says the same thing. Here is another set of instructions.

In the WoW launcher, you can try disabling the P2P transfer by using:

Options->Downloader Preferences, then deselect the "Enable Peer-to-Peer Transfer" checkbox.

Ok something is not right... when you start the game is there anything like the options anywhere on the game window? Maybe in the setup menu of the game where you change the resolution or sound of the game?

When i run the install for the first time the only thing that comes up is
Capture.PNG

That is a picture of the entire window.
