I'm not trying to bypass the school's program, i'm trying to shut off the peer to peer on the blizzard programs.

No, i haven't, but honestly i only ever use geeks to go when i have a problem with my computer.

I do not know where the blizzard downloader is, i searched for it on my computer but did not find it. Besides this is pertaining to the installation of Hearthstone not World of Warcraft.

It should be in the installation folder and the pictures i see are for WOW and not the one you mentioned.

Everything says the same thing. Here is another set of instructions.
In the WoW launcher, you can try disabling the P2P transfer by using:
Options->Downloader Preferences, then deselect the "Enable Peer-to-Peer Transfer" checkbox.

Ok something is not right... when you start the game is there anything like the options anywhere on the game window? Maybe in the setup menu of the game where you change the resolution or sound of the game?
