OK there are only two reasons I can see for this and that is a faulty installer or the game is already installed.

I know it is not already installed on my computer so i went to re download the installer and here is what happened.
OK, I start here on my account.
Then i go here.
It all worked fine before but now when i try to download the installer i get this.
And it just stays frozen at that percent donloaded.

Are you trying to download it at school?
The reason I ask is because WOW uses a P2P type connection and it may be that is what is stopping you. Is the restriction new at school?

Yes, i'm at school, i'm living on campus. I am not downloading WoW, i'm downloading another game by the same company. And that image of the downloading box i get is in my Google chrome downloads. Also i do not know if it is new.

OK I'm not sure what is going on other then the school may be blocking the site from transferring anything. Let me see if my associates may have another ideal.

No problem we just need to figure out if this is your system, the school or the connection itself.

Others as well as myself seem to agree that the issue is the school. Have you talked to them about this at all and if so what are they saying?

I have not talked to the school at all.

We believe that is where we need to go toward right now because of the fact most of these MMO games rely on a P2P type of connection. I don't know if you would be able to use the game in its fullest capacity without it.

The game i am trying to play is not even an mmo. So you think i should contact the help number and let you know if it is not something on their end?

Yes but you started this with WOW not working so that is what I'm going on. Remember if it has to connect to the internet it is probably using P2P to connect. I agree you should call them and find out if they can offer some help. Let me know what they say.
