my processor chip fell from my hand

My computer us giving after the processor chip fell it stop working after taking boot and sometimes it does nt take boot but fan runs at high speed please suggest what to do

Is this a newly built computer.

Have you checked the processor for any bent or missing pins.

Was thermal paste applied to the CPU.
