HI
I'm building a computer and I was wondering if the following list has everything I need (minus the tools) and if you have any suggestions to improve my list of parts. Is there anything I'm missing or that I need to change? Also, what tools do I need? I'm thinking of ordering everything off of www.amazon.com, is this a good site to buy computer parts specifically, or is there something better?
Thanks,
Spotty

Gday Spottedleaf3000, Posted Image
Please supply us with a little more information which will better enable use to refine and balance your build. We can give you alternative suppliers as Amazon is not always the best place for price.
In what country are you purchasing parts, please include your Zip code.
What will be the main purpose for the computer, general use/browsing/office, good gaming, top gaming, photo/video/sound editing, other?
What would be your max budget?

Thanks.

I'm in the United States, My zip code is 29414. I'm using my computer for top gaming and web browsing, Windows Office, and music making. My max budget is ideally $1,000 but I can go to $1,500 if needed.
Thanks  :D

Gday.
Thanks for the info.
Asked for your Zip code to see if you were near to a Macro store as they have huge discount on MB/CPU combos, (pick up only) but unfortunately non are near to you.
A build for you to cconsider at the link to CPP below.

A top gaming build needs a powerful GPU and a CPU to support it. I have selected a smaller case with excellent airflow, low profile RAM, performs just as good as ones with fancy heatspreader and ensures no interference with CPU heatsinks and fans. 2 HDDs, one for the OS and one of DATA. A monitor that will do justice to the output from the system, please read the reviews, > http://www.newegg.co...ID=3938566&SID=

Try using the very good onboard sound before purchasing a sound card. Use the windows Defender, Avast! Free Anti Virus, and Mailware bytes. Not included a mouse and keyboard, if possible, you should visit a retail outlet and test a few before buying.
