First thing first, I am glad you've had such a good experience and we were able to resolve your issue(s). It's great to have people spread the name of the site and community, as we're here to help.

Now for the donation question, I'm not able to properly answer it. I am relatively new to this sight, however you could follow the Contact Form.

Hi PhrantiQ,

I completed the form & submitted it & received a reply back from Blair (I think?). It steered me to some posts by others regarding the same topic of donations, & from what I can see I have a choice of either passing something to yourself, to the site, or to 'pay it forward'. I then posted a reply.....but now I cannot see it anywhere! I did have my PC hangup & re-boot due to a Google problem so maybe it didn't go or got lost in the ether.......irritating!

Anyway, my reply basically advised that I am happy to pass a donation to yourself or the site, so what would be the best way to do this? My optionms are via a credit card account, or even to send a Western Union transfer. Please let me know!

** I have another PC issue emerging, this time on one of our family laptops, so I would like to feel I am contributing something for your excellent service!

Well that is very kind, though I could charge your credit card with Square and my account - However I do not need a payment to help you. I also am unsure how you'd get the payment to the site, so I can't advise you on that. Now if you truly insist on donating to me, I wont stop you though it is truly not needed as said, then contact me via PM and we'll go over the details.

If you'd like help with your new, upcoming issue - Please post it in a new thread and PM me a link to it. I'll be more than happy to work with you on it!
