Is that a EVGA NVIDIA GTX 650 Ti Graphics card? Go to NVIDIA's site download newest drivers then run the file,in most cases the disc. does not have the newest drivers and software anyway.Since newest came out on Oct. 15th,i have same card if this is the one,it has DVI and HDMI connections on it,not vga, need the adapter as you might know already.

Hope that part helps, not sure why your dvd drive is not working be more specific and try list some specs here if you can.

Maybe some others can help also.

Gday pc noob.
Please supply your complete system specs as asked for by jds63, including the brand/model of the PSU. This will better help us to help you.
There could be many glitches preventing the GPU from working, but without the specs, we would only be guessing a solution.

Thanks.

Gday.
Thanks for the info.
Unless there is an actual fault on the PSU, it should be good and give enough power for you system as it gets a great review, > http://www.hardwares...ly-Review/556/1
Looking through you manuals.

What inputs do you have on the monitor?
What ports are you using on the MB when connecting to the integrated Graphics. D-Sub or DVI-D?
In device manager, do you have any yellow ? or red symbols?

No. please leave connected to the Mobo.
Please answer every question.
What computer are you using to to email us at the moment?
What video ports do you have on the monitor?
What port are you using from the Mobo graphics, the D-Sub port? (small blue one), or the DVI-D port? (bigger grey one)

OK, thanks.
This information is just in case you are not aware.
Always make sure your computer is unplugged from the wall socket when you do any work on it. Safety steps.
Before touching anything inside the computer and when picking up any part, briefly touch a bare metal part of the computer case, this is to discharge any static electricity stored in your body. Bit boring but very important as stic dicharge can severly damage computer parts and may not show up straight away.

Looks like the SM Bus driver is missing, so a hopeful repair by doing the following please.

Take safety step.
Unplug the cable to the Graphics card.
Remove the Graphics card, store it inside the bag it came in.

Start the computer.
Go to this site, > http://www.intel.com...ect?iid=dc_iduu
On the window that opens, Click on the blue bar,
You may get a warning security pop up, Please allow the tool to run.
Let us know what is the result?
