Trying to get a simple way to fix the issue. Try reinstalling the drivers from the MB support cd.
Insert the cd and follow the wizard to install the drivers.
If it does not start.
Click My Computer,
Right click the CD player.
in the drop down menu, click explore.
in the window that opens, click on the file “ASSETUP.EXE”
Install the drivers.
Remove the cd.
Restart the computer,
Look in device Manager to see if the yellow ? has gone.
