Can this be ignored or must I get rid of this somehow?
Noticed my PC has been slower of late. Not sure if its related to the above.

Do you have or did you have Norton AV on your computer ? This may be what is happening.

No I do not have any Norton nor other antivirus software

May be a rootkit according to results I got from a Google search.
Go to the Virus, Spyware, Malware Removal forum, read the first post and follow instructions.
Come back here once you get a clean bill of health if you still have problems.
