I maintain PCs in an Internet cafe and had several that were infected with Aurora and its tag-alongs. After a couple of false starts, all three machines are now clean using.

I did not disable my antivirus or firewall, but did close everything in the taskbar. It seems Aurora will not properly uninstall unless everything in the taskbar (not just browser windows!) is closed.

Hope this helps and works. Or maybe I was just lucky!
