My keyboard does not work on startup. Launch system repair and start windows normally is on the screen but I cannot choose start windows normally as my keyboard does not work here. Please help me :(

Reboot/Reset in your tower case again and make sure that the keyboard is not loose connection at the back side your tower.

It's an USB keyboard right? Try another USB port.

Ye it's USB. I've tried all of the port even with another keyboard and still nothing

Please provide information about your computer, this includes is it a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if it is provide the model name or series number (not serial) if a custom build post the brand and model name or number for the MB, providing these details will enable us to better assist you.

Things to check include if the keyboard contains batteries that they have not expired and if your computer has a PS2 port whether or not a wired keyboard will work ok.
