VPN Gateway 4 network and internet access question

I would like to find a gateway/router that I can VPN into from a remote computer that will split my traffic between encrypted network communication and normal internet communication. I do not want to use split tunneling nor do I want to use the bandwidth of the network to run my normal internet traffic through it. What options do I have available for gateways/routers?
