I spoke too soon, I am still experiencing crashing and start up issues. I am still downloading drivers, but I still think it is a hardware issue.

What kind of crashes are you having still?
BSOD's... then I need to see a Blue Screen View
Shutdowns or freezing...then i need to see the event viewer
Any other type I would have to investigate more.

The memory does not have my motherboard under it's QVL list, on the manufacturer's website. I'm going to try ordering new RAM as I now have enough money to do so, and see it that helps.
I ran the debugger to check the bsod logs, and it matches bluescreenview. Both keep giving me reports that point to ntoskrnl.exe. Along with pfnlistcorrupt and irqlnotlessorqualto.
So I figure all this and some more point to faulty RAM modules. I will update when I get the new ones.

I'll be buying these: http://www.newegg.co...N82E16820145261
Mostly favorable reviews

Memory not compatible is not a automatic issue but it can be. Without looking back did we check the memory at any time?

Well, it was known that it was not on the QVL list, but I had ran memtest multiple times. I found no errors on both the sticks, and both sticks were RMA'd before that.

The computer usually crashes or restarts whenever it's under stress, and sometimes it won't even start. The DRAM led will just blink. I also had continuous short beeps, and I think three short beeps. Of course, more instances that point to a memory fault. Sometimes the computer will turn back on after flipping the switch to have it fully shut down, other times I re-seat the memory or change the configuration (single/dual channel, one module at a time) and it'll finally start up.

It may be a voltage issue with the memory then causing everything.
Hopefully the new memory will resolve that and it isn't a motherboard issue.

I had tried before to set the voltage to 1.25, which is what the voltage is supposed to be and it would still crash and sometimes say "overclocking failed" on a black DOS screen along the way. I can't remember if it was during the crash or on reboot.

I also uninstalled all extra asus software

The latest after switching out the memory was this:
Spoiler

I had disabled automatic restart so I can read the screen and note it. In it dxgmms1.sys was blamed. I am rolling back the drivers and reinstalling with the manufacturer drivers. Theres a newer driver released not long ago, hopefully it fixes the issue.

So far i've had freezes during gameplay, not any bsods(to test stability), and just now a "bad pool header" stop error while starting a youtube video. Here are all the crash logs in bluescreenview:
Spoiler

This is my graphics card and motherboard, if its any help:

Here are the critical event viewer logs:
Spoiler

I checked all the connecters, moved the sata cables, and made sure there was nothing extra or left over.
Also if I remember correctly I didn't wait long nor did I do much testing after reinstalling windows so it may be a software issue. I'm looking for solutions. I might do an upgrade to try to repair, but first I will work more with this amd driver.

Found this:
Google says this. You deleted driver files manually/with a 3rd party tool while they're still registered. Always use the official uninstall method.
from here: http://forums.amd.co...threadid=171778

I might just again try to reinstall windows and take all the proper steps and precautions along the way.

Your errors are all over the place but the one common theme is a bad driver.
I suspect the video driver and would like to know if you just have the driver installed or do you have the Catalyst Suite installed also?

The video driver is a from nvidia. The only reference I get on my computer from amdkmafd is a old driver in driverstore. I don't have the amd program installed. Any ideas?

This is the text of programs from pnputil that are from amd

This would seem to be a old driver from my experience.
Do you know what model video card you have installed?
